Frustrating experience

We checked in for 2 nights, only to find our room reeked of urine. The concierge didn’t take us seriously and claimed it was just cleaning fluid. Even after a strong spray, the smell lingered. After much hassle, we just decided to leave. The location was decent, but that stinky room was a big bummer.
